ok, here's what i can tell u about NG, vote on 5 submissions a day to deposite 10 points, those points add up and eventually, you level up. the best way to vote is to go to the flash portal and vote on the purple highlighted submissions (under judgment). if you vote 2-5, and it makes the judgment, you get a save point. however, if you vote 0-1, and it gets blammed, you get a blam point. these points add up to. 100 total makes you a town watch, 200 makes you a scout, 300 makes safety patrol, 400, me, is portal security. they add additional power to your votes, town watch adds 2%, scout 4%, and so on. you can do this kind of voting more than 5 times per day. to improve your whistle, go to vids and flag any comment abusive. over time, this takes affect and your whistle will improve
